Shipping Policy

Order processing time All orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 2-3 business days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Any extraordinary delays during sales or promotional periods will be communicated promptly.

Delivery methods, times, and costs Once shipped, the courier generally takes 24/48 hours to deliver throughout Italy.

The rates are:

• Home delivery: €8.00

• Pickup points (InPost): Free

Shipment tracking As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status in real time.

Failed delivery or issues In the event of the recipient's absence, the courier will make a second attempt or leave instructions for collection at the depot or an authorized pickup point. For any delivery anomalies, our customer service team is at your disposal.
