Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.

How to start the process You can request a return or exchange independently by accessing our dedicated Returns Portal and following the guided instructions.

Return conditions To be accepted, each item must meet the following requirements:

• The garment must be intact and in the same condition in which it was received.

• It must include all original tags and labels still attached.

• It must not show any signs of wear, stains, washing, or alterations.

Return shipping costs Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and vary depending on the destination area:

• Italy: €4.95

• European Union (EU): €15.00

• Non-EU: Returns from outside the European Union are not accepted.

Refund timing and methods Once our warehouse has received and verified the condition of the return, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back using the original payment method chosen at the time of purchase, within a few days depending on banking processing times.

Defective or incorrect items If you have received a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact our support team immediately before proceeding through the portal, so we can assist you promptly.
