Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once handed over to the courier, delivery in Italy usually takes 24/48 hours. Shipping costs are €8.00 for home delivery, while pickup at collection points is free.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and free of any signs of wear. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund using the payment method used for the purchase.

Lace and viscose garments require delicate care to preserve their beauty over time. We recommend washing them by hand in cold water or at a maximum of 30°C using a mild detergent, without wringing them. To dry, lay them flat away from direct heat sources, and avoid using a tumble dryer.
